Golden Hour Magic: A Sunset Engagement Session in Broomfield

When I first connected with Amber through one of the Colorado Bridal Facebook groups, we hit it off instantly. It felt like chatting with an old friend, and I knew from the start that we were going to have an amazing time working together. Amber and Jordan’s engagement session took place on a perfect Monday evening, October 7th, 2024, at Anthem Community Park in Broomfield, Colorado.

Anthem Community Park turned out to be a dream location for capturing their love story. The golden hour greeted us with warm, glowing light, creating a breathtaking backdrop for their photos. As the sun dipped lower, its golden hues illuminated the fall foliage, which was in full splendor. The rich oranges, yellows, and reds of the leaves complemented Amber and Jordan’s carefully chosen outfits, adding an extra layer of beauty and vibrancy to their session.

Amber and Jordan’s energy was contagious—playful, romantic, and so full of joy. They were naturals in front of the camera, effortlessly showcasing the love they share. Whether they were walking hand-in-hand through the winding paths, laughing at an inside joke, or holding each other close as the sun set behind them, every moment felt authentic and heartfelt.

What made this session even more special is knowing that it’s just the beginning of my journey with them. Amber and Jordan have me booked to photograph their wedding in September 2025, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to continue documenting their love story. If their engagement session is any indication, their wedding is going to be nothing short of magical.
