BEFORE YOU BOOK

Start by filling out my contact form with your wedding details. I personally review every inquiry and will get back to you within 24–48 hours with my availability, package recommendations, and answers to any questions.

We’ll chat through your vision, timeline, and priorities so I can help you select the package that fits your day best — whether that’s photography, videography, or both. I’m here to guide you through everything, from coverage hours to the details that matter most.

To make things official, I require two things:
A signed contract
A non-refundable retainer of 50% your total package cost (applied toward your total balance)
Once both are completed, your date is locked in and reserved exclusively for you.

Before The Wedding
From the moment you book, you’re fully supported. I provide a thoughtful questionnaire and personalized timeline guidance to ensure your day flows seamlessly and photographs beautifully. Couples with engagement sessions included will enjoy a relaxed shoot to build confidence and connection before the wedding, and all couples receive intentional check-ins and refinements so they feel prepared, present, and completely at ease when the day arrives.
The Wedding Day
Your only focus on your wedding day should be each other. I’ll gently guide you when needed so you never feel unsure, but for most of the day, I move with quiet intention — observing, anticipating, and preserving every heartfelt, elegant, and joy-filled moment exactly as it naturally unfolds.
After The Wedding
Within 7 days of your wedding date, you’ll receive a beautifully curated preview gallery — a first glimpse of the moments you’ve been waiting to relive and share. Your full gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks, thoughtfully edited with care and intention. From there, I’ll begin designing your custom wedding album — a timeless heirloom crafted to preserve your story for generations to come.

Q. WHERE ARE YOU BASED & DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
I am based in Northern Colorado and I absolutely LOVE to travel! All collections include up to 60 miles from Greeley. Beyond this, a custom travel proposal will be prepared for you.
Q. HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE?
Each collection has a minimum number of images included in the collection — more often than not, my clients tend to receive a bit over that minimum. If it’s a good picture and a memory you’ll cherish forever, it’ll be delivered.
Q. WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?
All collections include a Curated Preview Gallery within 7 days of the wedding date, with the full gallery to be delivered within 8 weeks.
Q. IF WE ADD ON A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER TO OUR COLLECTION, WHO WILL BE THAT SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?
I have a team of incredible photographers (and dear friends) who I reach out to after booking your wedding to confirm their availability. I trust each one of my seconds as much as myself and they are all equally amazing.
Q. HOW DO WE BOOK WITH YOU?
First, inquire here for your date! If you decide to move forward, I require a signed contract and 50% of the total collection cost as the retainer, securing your date. From there, the remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding date. Payment Plans are available upon request!
Q. HOW DO YOU KEEP OUR IMAGES SAFE?
Myself and all second photographers/associate photographers or videographers utilize dual card slot cameras so the images/videos are being backed up to 2 SD cards at the same time during the wedding date. Upon arriving home from your wedding, I immediately move all images/videos to 2 external hard drives. I store your memory cards in a labeled, sealed case until your gallery has been fully delivered. I keep one copy on my external hard drive for 3 months after delivery and your online gallery is hosted for at least 12 months.
Q. DO YOU OFFER RETOUCHING?
Yes! All collections include Color Correction and Standard Retouching. I will make sure the overall image is well composed and Color Corrected. Then, I remove imperfections during the Retouching process such as blemishes, flyaways, stray hairs, and/or lint/pet fur to ensure a flawless and polished appearance. Body modification will not be done under any circumstances.
Q. ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes! Many venues often require all vendors provide a Certificate of Insurance in order to operate in their venue. This can be provided upon request before the wedding date.
Q. DO YOU OFFER BUNDLED PHOTO AND VIDEO PACKAGES?
Yes, I offer photo + video collections for couples who want a seamless experience and simplified planning. Bundling services also includes special package pricing.
Q. CAN WE ADD ON AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION TO OUR COLLECTION?
Absolutely! I’d love to photograph this special season for you. Engagement sessions can be added at any time, and wedding couples receive a special wedding-client discount on my standard portrait sessions. You can view session options and pricing here.
