Start by filling out my contact form with your wedding details. I personally review every inquiry and will get back to you within 24–48 hours with my availability, collection recommendations, and answers to any questions.

To make things official, I require two things:
A signed contract
A non-refundable retainer of 50% your total collection cost (applied toward your total balance)
Once both are completed, your date is locked in and reserved exclusively for you.

Before The Wedding
From the moment you book, you’re fully supported. I provide a thoughtful questionnaire and personalized timeline guidance to ensure your day flows seamlessly and captures beautifully. All couples receive intentional check-ins and refinements so they feel prepared, present, and completely at ease when the day arrives.
The Wedding Day
Your only focus on your wedding day should be each other. I’ll gently guide you when needed so you never feel unsure, but for most of the day, I move with quiet intention — observing, anticipating, and preserving every heartfelt, elegant, and joy-filled moment exactly as it naturally unfolds.
After The Wedding
Your video/s will be delivered within 8 - 10 weeks, thoughtfully edited with care and intention. Once completed, the video/s will be delivered to you via an online gallery.

Q. WHERE ARE YOU BASED & DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
I am based in Northern Colorado and I absolutely LOVE to travel! All collections include up to 60 miles from Greeley. Beyond this, a custom travel proposal will be prepared for you.
Q. HOW LONG WILL OUR WEDDING VIDEO BE?
Your highlight video is thoughtfully edited to tell the story of your day and typically ranges from 6–12 minutes. Every video is crafted to reflect the most meaningful moments, emotions, and atmosphere of your wedding.
Q. DO YOU USE PROFESSIONAL AUDIO EQUIPMENT?
Absolutely. I use professional microphones for the couple and officiant, along with multiple backup audio sources, to ensure your vows, ceremony, and toasts are captured clearly and reliably.
Q. WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR VIDEO?
Most collections turnaround time for videos are 8-10 weeks from the wedding date.
Q. HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR VIDEO?
Your videos will be delivered through an online gallery, where you can view, download, and easily share them with family and friends.
Q. HOW DO WE BOOK WITH YOU?
First, inquire here for your date! If you decide to move forward, I require a signed contract and 50% of the total collection cost as the retainer, securing your date. From there, the remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding date. Payment Plans are available upon request!
Q. HOW DO YOU KEEP OUR VIDEO SAFE?
Myself and all second photographers/associate photographers or videographers utilize dual card slot cameras so the images/videos are being backed up to 2 SD cards at the same time during the wedding day. Upon arriving home from your wedding, I immediately move all images/videos to 2 external hard drives. I store your memory cards in a labeled, sealed case until your gallery has been fully delivered. I keep one copy on my external hard drive for 3 months after delivery and your online gallery is hosted for at least 12 months.
Q. ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes! Many venues often require all vendors provide a Certificate of Insurance in order to operate in their venue. This can be provided upon request before the wedding date.
Q. DO YOU OFFER BUNDLED PHOTO AND VIDEO PACKAGES?
Yes, I offer photo + video collections for couples who want a seamless experience and simplified planning. Bundling services also includes special package pricing.
